The layout of the tank systems was arranged with the use of cardboard strips laid out on the floor according to measurements and taking into account drainage, water supply and traffic.

What you see here now is close to its present set up, although the bank of 12 fry tanks is not shown as it is almost but not quite finished. It will have a continuous drip system installed.
